My experience at St. Theodore Guerin High School has truly been amazing. I cannot believe I currently feel sad about leaving high school! However, the amazing community and staff at this school have left me feeling very prepared for college and the future. I think the counselors at this school especially have made my life so much easier and better. Attending this high school was one of the best choices of my life.

The best part of this school is the personal attention you get for your education. The counselors are extremely helpful in getting us ready for college.

Though most of my personal experiences here have been great, bear in mind that this school is extremely conservative. People who are not white, straight, and Catholic tend to have very different opinions on the school than those that are. However, I myself have had overwhelmingly positive interactions and can overlook some of the issues.

The food is great, albeit VERY expensive. The building is nice but the heating and cooling is a little messed up, so invest in outerwear.
I love the environment at Guerin. There is a deeper community between students and teachers, as well as parents. The teachers do an excellent job of teaching the students. They also get to know their students on a personal level, and they put the students well being first. The academics are rigorous and prepare students for college.
