I attended Saint Rose Grammar School (SRGS) from 5th-8th grade, and I can say that I did make a few very close friendships with my classmates. While most of the kids were very kind and welcoming, there were cliques, mean girls, and some very disrespectful kids, despite the small grade size.
There were some times where I would leave school smiling, and others where I would leave feeling upset and angry. While all of the teachers are very kind and dedicated, many of them were not the best of teachers. They did instill in me a love of God, but not the right academic skills to prepare me for high school.
Clubs and Activities wise, the younger kids (K-5th grade) had many options, ranging from Lego Robotics to Choir to Arts and Crafts, but unfortunately the older kids did not have as many opportunities. The clubs for older kids were not very well organized and kids often had free range, as there was not enough supervision.

This school made me into the person I am today. I made life long friends in which I am still friends with some of them today! Walking into the school and having a sense of comfort really makes your whole experience there more settling. It feels like my second home. What's unique about this school is that unlike some schools, students can't name all their classmates names in their grade because the grade is too big. At St Rose, the grade is small and sufficient.
Not really that good of a shcool while some teachers are great others not so much. Sports teams were decent and had a good amount of after school activities. The dress code was unfair and they were also sexist. Academics especially in math were behind the others not so much.
