From St. Rita School

St. Rita School is dedicated to our student’s academic achievements, moral development, service to others and leadership skills. This is what sets St. Rita School apart from other area schools. Our Primary, Middle and Junior High Schools offer students an opportunity to learn and grow in a safe and disciplined learning environment. St. Rita teachers inspire and excite students to be inquisitive, raise questions, be thoughtful, seek answers, discuss findings and to love the process of learning.

At the core of our learning is our Catholic Faith. Our students develop lasting Christian attitudes and practices which will enable them to adapt to our ever-changing world. Our goal is to prepare today’s Catholic youth to go out into the world and succeed...to be upstanding leaders...commit to giving back through service...and to never stop learning.

The school is Great! It has many different features including a science lab and a computer lab. Teachers work hard to get you ready for High School and are all kind. My only dislike is the Spanish course at the school. They don't do a good job teaching Spanish. I was there until the 6th grade and I knew almost no Spanish while in the new School I am going to, everyone can speak Spanish fluently! Otherwise, the school is great.

St. Rita is family. St. Rita is home. There is a genuine sense of community in and around St. Rita. Of course, the academics and the teachers are outstanding. Our 8th grade students are not only accepted to all of the top area high schools, but they go on to be leaders in the classroom and beyond. Just as importantly there is a strong emphasis on faith formation. The kids that go to St. Rita are not just good students - they are good people. Friendships are formed between and among the students and the parents that last a lifetime. St. Rita truly is family. St. Rita is home.
There are so many things that I can say about St. Rita School, to name a few: the students are supported by the caring and involved staff, academics are the main focus and the school gives opportunities to make positive contributions to the community. A positive and safe overall environment.
