St. Philip's fosters the needs of supporting the growth of upright and responsible young children. The students are taught responsiblity, and most importantly how God honors those who make Him the core of their existence. My daughter loves going to school here and she knows that the expectations set before her are there because she's worth the effort.
St. Philip's also makes the parent's input a valuable asset to school operations and functionality for our students. We have discussions together (parents and school) and are sure to keep the best interests of the students in the forefront. We absolutely LOVE this school-family!

My family loves this school. My daughter has attended St. Philips for two years now, and we have no plans to enroll her anywhere else until it is time for her to attend middle school. The teachers, the staff, the program, and overall atmosphere is excellent. I love how inclusive the environment is and my daughter is really thriving there. The school bolsters the pride she has in herself and as a Black person in this world. I do not worry that she will be stereotyped or labeled like I would had she not been attending this school. It has been a God send!
I am an alumni of St. Philip’s School & Community Center. Just as the school’s title states, it not only offers a great education, but also offers so much to the community. Aunt Bette’s Community Pantry and Gwen’s Garden are just some of the amazing ways the school reaches out into the community. Programs like these also teach students at the school how important it is to give back! I am so impressed and grateful for the progress that my alma mater has made.
