St. Mary Catholic School Reviews

2 reviews
Saint Mary Catholic School has transitioned exceptionally well to a distance flexible learning model of instruction during COVID-19. Teachers and students are interacting daily through various means of communication, technology, etc. Although the building is closed the teaching is continuing; ensuring that students will be ready for the fall academic year. Even the 3 and 4 year old classes are in step with teacher's creating "lessons in a bag" for pick up or front porch delivery. Classes gathering for Mass that is being live streamed or watching recorded reflections by the Pastor is ensuring that the spiritual component that is the center of the school's mission is thriving.
A+ to all staff and faculty involved in creating some type of normalcy during this difficult time.

Some teachers totally know what they're doing and do one heck of a job at this and some teachers you are surprised they made it this far in life because they are literally walking sticks. It's overall very welcoming from the outside, because most of the people who run it and take care of it really are very friendly, remember your name, always say hi, etc. Although for SOME reason the students get SUPER cliquey (especially as the years go on and you're all still together) I know in the past there was some major bullying from the classes that have already graduated. Also if you or your kid needs any kind of extra help because they can't keep up, etc, good luck getting it because that part of the school contains major empty promises. Very nice campus, and a lot of friendly parent volunteers.
