My experience with the two previous years I have attended St.Martinville Senior High School has been as most would say welcoming. After having come from a middle school I was afraid that high school would be very difficult and hard to move through. I always thought that you would be on your own when doing work and that the teacher would just stand in the front of the class at a chalk board and expect you to know everything at hand, but that wasn’t the case here. At my school you have teachers and tutors and administrators who make it their job to make sure you succeed and are prepared for any further education after high school. Although all schools are not perfect, I feel like the one thing I would like to see change would be some of the policies. I believe this because some of the rules at my school does not allow some students to be themselves as you would say. It tries to blend everyone when we are all very much diverse and should be excepted for who we really are.

My overall experience with Saint Martinville senior high was ok.There wasn’t really nothing to look forward to besides seeing your friends, lunch (free time) , pep rally’s,& sports events. Some of the teachers were good teachers while others weren’t. The math classes from freshman year to sophomore year were terrible but I still pass even though I didn’t quite understand or remember much of the lessons after. The administrations was alright for me. The school it self is pretty average. They also try to teach at a “college level” if your in honors so with the lessons most of the time you either got it or you don't because they don’t want to waste time on a lesson if they feel it’s not needed to.
I love how our school organizes pep rallies to represent our school and graduating classes. It has a perfect source of education that we rely on. The teachers and faculty members are hard working and admirable. Their brilliant minds creative the most amazing ideas for meetings and clubs. They organize our greatest achievements. They have the most potential building in being responsible and respectly gives their honest opinions.
