This school has gone downhill at the speed of light. Too many students who either disruptive bc they do not care to be there, shouldn't be there, or are so privileged they have no idea what's going on outside the walls of St. George's, made this experience a nightmare.
On a sidenote, do NOT give this school your contract until May. Wait til the very last day of the school year if you can. We made the mistake of giving in to the pressure of signing a contract in January only to have this God-awful Admin harass and belittle our child for the following four months until we had no choice but to leave...which I wholeheartedly believe was their intention all along: get us to leave and keep our money. We were forced to pay them for next year's FULL tuition even though we were not returning, which pretty much broke us. But this school does NOT care in the least! They have no ethics, and are extremely conniving.
Do not trust them, they are wolves in sheep's clothing.

We have two children enrolled at St. George’s and have enjoyed being part of the SGIS community for the last 11 years. It really does take a village to raise kids and we love that we have this level of trust within the community we’ve chosen. Academic excellence is an important cornerstone of our children’s education but can’t be the sole focus in developing well rounded kids. St. George’s understands this and strives to balance the formal education with hands on learning, while continuing to develop our kids physically, socially and spiritually as well. Led by Episcopal values, civic service is something valued and there is an intentional focus on character education from PreK all the way through Senior year. And as parents of kids who love sports and the outdoors, you just can’t beat SGIS’s Collierville campus! We love SGIS – 5 stars!
Attending St. George's Independent School was an overall great experience. The learning environment was amazing and the faculty was always there to offer their support. I would consider it to be a very diverse environment, which is the perfect place for students to grow into themselves and prepare to be immersed into the working environment. Attending this high school definitely prepared me for a college environment!
