I can actually say I like the teachers in Saint Gevenieve. The teachers actually care about their student and only look for the best in them. The only thing I would say is that they need to learn how to have compassion and be fair because we are known to be a "National School of Character" but sometimes there are some things where questions that statement. In some circumstanses, I do understand where they come from but in certain situations, they're just too dramatic. Oh, and the school knows nothing of culture. I put in a petition to throw an event about the Mexican culture and till this day I still have not heard an answer. The school doesn't try to go out there and celebrate other cultures and when we speak up about it, we are ignored. We are never heard, we speak up and are shut down by administration.

This school is unlike any other. I do not regret my decision to come here and it is easily one of the best years of my life. The atmosphere at SG is one of love and enthusiasm. It's a small school, but we are tight-knit and can truly come to care for one another. Academics are important, but its not the only emohasis here. SG makes sure to foster in each of its students empathy for their surroundings and each other, resulting in one of the friendliest school communities you will ever meet! Just ask anybody who has ever visited; they all sing the same praises. I wouldn't trade anything for the experience of coming here to St. Genevieve High School.
They are a school full of encouragement better in school, motivation to join all types of clubs, join ASB programs, to push yourself to do better not only in academics and in life as well. They are pro LGBT programs and they do what they can to prevent bullying; it is a ZERO policy in bullying and they are always a positive school with positive vibes as well as the teachers. The teachers will do what they can to help you with your grades and will do what they can to get you into a good college/ university.
