This school is not gonna be a fun experience if you are a minority and/or go to the school past fifth grade. People are extremely racist and homophobic, and you’re probably not going to make many friends if you aren’t on a sports team. The teachers are hit or miss. Some are horrible and the rest are incredible and nice people. If you’re gay or have any ethnicity that isn’t white/Asian, the people are ruthless and will bully you for it. It’s not my experience but a lot of other people I know who attend SG are made fun of for being black. But the academics aren’t bad.
When I went there 50% of the teachers were horrible, but the other half was amazing.
The sports teams were the best, but club wise not amazing.
