St. Francis High School Reviews
Rating 4.25 out of 5 308 reviews
My experience at St. Francis High School was no less than great. The community is very welcoming and it's easy to make friends. Most of the teachers are extremely understanding, patient, kind, and explain they explain concepts well. But my favorite part of this school is obviously the food! I always felt comfortable and good, waking up and going to this school every day. I couldn't think of any changes I'd like to see made to this school, since it has already reached every expectation in my view.
Good high school but there are some things I wish they were more flexible with such as being able to take summer classes outside of st Francis. Their summer classes are so expensive and they don’t offer eveything. We had a hard time being able to get certain math courses approved. My daughter did get a rigorous education but some of the subjects had a lot of turnover. Overall a good school. The college counseling was great! Debbie Austin is awesome!
I like how St. Francis High School prepares you for college and the future careers you want to pursue. There's a variety of college-preparatory courses fit for any student regarding her academic background. This school is competitive athletically and academically as it puts a lot of pressure on hard-working students. The administration, wellness counselors, and college counselors are very active as they provide many resources that benefit students struggling mentally or with grades. As an all-girls school, the sisterhood community is empowering and motivates students like me to get involved in leadership and social opportunities as a female. St. Francis is very welcoming to new students and there is always a place where you can fit in whether it's clubs, friend groups, campaigns, or volunteer groups. The teachers provide engaging lessons to help motivate students to participate and share ideas with each other.
