St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic High School Reviews
Rating 4.37 out of 5 27 reviews
Seton catholic is generally a very small school. My first year at Seton was during Covid. My classmates were the eighth grade Covid babies, and that affected my courage to go to school. Seton was very welcoming, and started Covid safety very fast. They put our safety first. We were one of the first schools in the Vancouver area to start school, and I was very grateful for that. Plus I’ve gained loyal lifetime friends, who support my religion, and have good morals. The staff here at seton are very welcoming, and caring. They want the best for their students creating ways to not only challenge then but helping them understand. Altogether this school is very different but in a positive way.
Transferring into Seton as a junior was hard in the beginning. I never expected myself to move away from my old school. My parents sat we down one night and told and that I would be moving schools the following year. Not only was I sad, I was furious. I had no control over my own life, there was nothing I could do to help myself. My first day at Seton altered my world. I was welcomed with open arms and a smiling student body. All my teachers knew my name and they made a real effort to get to know me. I had never been surrounded with so much love and support. Coming from a school where I felt as if I was suffocated with the mass number of students there, being at my new school was a breath of fresh air. I began to make close friendships that I have never had before. People wanted to be my friend for the first time. I have never experienced a bad day at Seton. All my teachers want to do is make sure I am succeeding. Thank you, Seton for loving me.
The students and teachers truly care about you and want you to succeed. Teachers notice when you are missing, and students always try to include everyone. The academics are wonderful and rigorous. My experience has taught me many things, both academic and social. I have grown confident in myself, what I have to offer, and my own knowledge.
