From St. Bartholomew Catholic School

We believe the objective of a Catholic elementary school is to prepare its students for the world they will enter. It does this by giving them a strong foundation in their academic subjects and in their spiritual growth and character development. As educators, our job is to equip our students with the necessary tools to be successful in a rapidly changing world.

Here at St. Bart's we share the same goals: to build upon our strong academic program, to foster healthy relationships and friendships guided by Catholic values, and to strengthen the bonds of home and school.

If you seek a faith based school experience with a focus on whole child development in a safe and nurturing environment with exceptional academics and a dedicated faculty, we invite you to discover St. Bart's.

Individualized Learning at St. Bart's

While small class sizes at St. Bart’s allow our teachers more time to accommodate the unique learning needs of most students, our comprehensive academic program also has the capacity to provide additional special resources to those students who would benefit from extra support, and additional enrichment to those who would benefit from extra challenge.

My son is in third grade at St. Bart's. We moved from an independent Catholic school and the change in his self-confidence was obvious right away. Class size is small, my son has a homeroom teacher and additional teachers for Spanish, Music, PE, library and computer lab. Although we don't need extra help in the classroom, I know resources are available for kids who have different challenges. Extracurriculars are provided through CYO or private companies and include chess, sports, science, robotics. The school body is small and teachers know all the kids by name. Recess is well supervised, and aftercare is fun. Hot lunch is catered and the caterer offers reasonably balanced meals. Uniform is easy, no jacket for the little guys in lower school! We'd love to see more after school activities being offered to the kids.

As an alumni of this sweet school, I chose to send my kids to St. Bart's because of the small class size, amazing teachers, friendly community, fun family events, and inclusion program. Every teacher at the school knows my kids names and each teacher takes the time to know, look out for, include them. The after school activities are amazing and well-priced. My son has dyslexia and the resource staff has been truly amazing to work with in support of his needs. The diversity represented at St. Bart's is astounding: for such a small collection of students, I love how diverse each class is. The religious focus is a balanced look the Catholic faith and is very values-based and positive. We are absolutely thrilled at how nurturing this school environment is for each of our kids... We love St. Bart's!
What a gem! Led by superior classroom teachers and remarkable specials teachers, the environment is one that promotes love of learning and a sense of fun. My daughters have been so happy there, and I know they are both academically stimulated and emotionally cared for. There are also great after school programs, and you can even work musical instrument classes into the school day.
