I was very involved in sports through the school, especially because my parents coached track and field as well as my younger sister's volleyball team. My volleyball coach was the best even though she tended to be tough on us. Everyone on the team got the opportunity to play despite their skill level. My mom believes that the parents were a bit too vocal about her coaching style but other than that our athletics program was one of the best in the diocese.

I had to take a kindergarten test to get in. I believe it required me to play games and it tested me on my shapes, numbers, the alphabet, and other basics. There was something called script which was coupons and gift cards that you had to buy through the school but for other stores and restaurants. Part of it was put towards admission.
My sister and I frequently visited the office when ever we felt sick or we skinned a knee and the women working in there were very understanding and helpful. They were very good at distributing kids' required medicine and making us feel better. I even had my first tooth pulled here and sent home with me in an envelope.
