The best parts of being in Springfield High and attending Springfield grades k-12 is the fact that it is a public school experience and there are always new and different people attending our school. Different people as in different beliefs, different opinions, backgrounds, ways of life, ect.. I believe that has been a very important part of my life, I have the chance to see how different everyone is while also seeing that the teachers try to teach regardless of who you are. Springfield is such a small school that if you struggle, the teachers are very hands on and can help easily. The worst part is that our sports are not as cared for, our academic options are somewhat limited because we have low funds and hardly any notice/help when it comes to sports. All and all, Springfield has been a great school. Occasionally I get a reminder that i’ve been in the same place for forever but the welcoming comfort our school and community offers is worth it.
My high school experience was great! It is a small community so it is wasn’t to make long lasting friendships and make connections that will benefit you! Springfield high school recently implemented classes to help prepare kids for college and as a new college student, they really helped! The school and atmosphere is incredible
The Springfield High School teachers are absolutely amazing, they care so much about their students and are always willing to help. They always make sure we are doing okay and make sure we understand what they are teaching. They are absolutely the best. Now on the other hand, our school does not have as many academically challenging college classes for students. This needs to change so more students can get more college credits snd be really for college.
