I enjoy the diversity of Springfield High School because it allows me step out of my comfort zone and try new things. If I could change something about Springfield High School I would change some of the electives we take into things that me and my peers find more interesting.
Overall, Springfield High School provides a good learning environment and place to grow as an individual. It is not perfect by any means and does not hold all my favorite moments or best times in life but I grew more here than anywhere else in regards to relationships with others and myself as well.
I enjoyed the majority of my classes and formed great relationships with my teachers. The building improves little by little each year and the school spirit makes events so much fun. I wouldn’t want to go to any other high school in the area. GO BLUE DEVILS!
I really enjoy the community service opportunities that Springfield High School exposes its students to. They really stress the importance of community service and how it is crucial and necessary to give back to the community.
I love Springfield! The staff and students are amazing. The teachers always find the best ways to teach the students.
I love the diversity of Springfield High School but I think it could work on the inclusion aspect. the atmosphere can often times seem cliquey, which often makes the students feel like they don't belong. Over the course of my four years here, I have noticed that the school spirit has declined majorly. The staff and administration of the school have made many efforts to motivate and encourage students to focus on their studies and to get involved, but many students have not.
I like the fact that the teachers are willing to try and are aware that change should happen. One thing I would like about my school is the diversity and options. One thing I would like to see changed is some of the people at the top and in charge of how things run at school. I would like to see more security at the doors for safety.
Springfield is more than a school, it's a family. Every student who goes to Springfield can say that they have a diverse group of friends, all involved in different activities.
Springfield High School is a very good school that matches well against others in the area. I would like them to continue expanding clubs and organizations to get more students involved.
Springfield is a school of excellence because of the students. The students make it a family. We stick together, support each other, and encourage each other to be our very best. Just recently we unexpectedly lost one of our school family. Through this terrible experience, I have been reminded about how close our student body is. Every student has felt the loss, every student has bonded together to hold each other up, and every student has helped another to fill in the hole that has been created. Springfield is more than a school, it is a strong family.
I attended Springfield High School throughout my four years. They provided all the students with many opportunities to be active outside of class and during the school hours. There was a diverse class selection, students and types of events offered. There were many informational, life lesson events in the auditorium and a lot of help was supplied from the faculty and staff. The opportunities for extracurricular activities were very prominent, and only seemed to grow as the years passed on. I would definitely recommend this school for anyone looking for a safe, involved, and learning environment.
I did enjoy my high school experience but there are definitely changes that could be made there. The lunches are not very good, little to no AP courses are available, and there could be more clubs. The teachers are amazing though, and it is one of the most diverse schools I have ever been to. I just wish they would prepare you for college a lot more. It could also be a lot cleaner.
Springfield is a fun school to attend a lot of activities at a lot of learning. A lot of opportunity to do a lot of fun things. As well as make a lot of friends.
As a student there I loved my experience with the teachers , both my English teachers taught me so many helpful skills I still use today.
The diverse environment prepares students for their futures, and the teaching staff provides ample assistance and preparation tools for college and the workplace.
I loved the experiences that Springfield had offered me; from clubs to academics, Springfield brought so many opportunities into my life and I couldn't have asked for a better high school experience than this one.
I like that at Springfield High School everyone is like a family. The principal, Mr. Kimmons has made the school more fun while still making the students succeed in their academics.
