Spring Woods High School is a great place for all students. The students and staff are very friendly and caring. The programs for the medical field, athletic, and fine arts are very advance! Education is the number one focus of the school and students; by the time the students are in senior year they're ready for college. The diversity in students is very great. Also the location of the school is very diverse as well. There are many shopping areas, libraries, restaurants were student are usually at after school hours.

What I really liked about Spring Woods was the open campus layout that allowed you to experience a small college-style setting. During my first year, I was amazed to see the energy and sense of community that Spring Woods radiated and was thrilled to be attending such an underrated school. Spring Woods is a school for people who want to build strong bonds with their peers and work together to achieve a great education. The only drawback that I experienced was that the administration sometimes lacked approachability causing s a bit of disconnection from the students.
Although I only spent a few months at Spring Woods High School, I would definitely go again, or send my children in the future. I had recently moved to Houston due to a family emergency and a family member recommended Spring Woods High School. It is a very fun environment. The teachers are very respectful and the staff is very helpful in making you feel comfortable. In the few months that I attended SWHS, they made me feel like I belonged there. Although it was tough packing up and leaving to a city 300 miles away from home with the news of my grandfather being diagnosed with cancer, Spring Woods made my transition to the big city very smooth. They knew of my situation and helped me out with anything I needed. They worked with my schedule as I accompanied my grandfather to his chemotherapy at times. I could not thank them enough for all they did for me my senior year.
