I attended Spring Valley Academy for 12 years, from Kindergarten to 12th grade. While it was a wonderful community to grow up in, with more or less the same classmates and close-knit parent relationships from Kindergarten on, as I reached high school, the extreme lack of oversight, faculty qualification, and academic opportunities became increasingly evident.

Spring Valley Academy is Seventh Day Adventist school in Ohio. As with all schools, there are pros and cons. The spiritual enviornment is good and it keeps on improving as the years go by. One thing that maybe could be better is the fact that some of the teachers need to be more involved in helping students in the ways that they need.
I liked Spring Valley Academy. I enjoyed the community, principal, and faculty. My favorite was the band program, which was truly a privilege to be a part of. My only complaint was the teachers seemed overworked,
