My parents were feeling completely hopeless until they found SRA.I had been in 15 treatment programs before, many of which were abusive. I feel so lucky they found SRA because without it I probably would not be alive today. I am so grateful for all the love and support they gave me. Academically, I had missed two years of school (from time spent in other programs) They helped me recover those credits and graduate on time. The teachers and staff are so supportive and kind. I had an incredible therapist who helped me heal from my trauma and love myself. I can imagine sending your daughter somewhere for help must be one of the toughest decisions you'll ever have to make. But if you have to send her anywhere, you can trust that SRA will take care of her. It will always be her choice whether or not she wants to make a change in her life, but SRA will give her a safe place and the support she needs to make that decision for herself. I am now in college living an amazing life thanks to them!
Spring ridge academy uses a whole family approach. They do not "fix" your kid, they fix the family dynamic which could be the main reason you are needing to send your child to treatment. The program works. I finally have my little girl back. She is attending college, with a 4.0 and graduated on time. I am so thankful that they helped my little girl get help and they helped my husband and I learn to effectively communicate. I am so happy and thankful for Spring Ridge Academy and the work they put in to help my family become whole again.
Going to Spring Ridge Academy saved my life. It's never easy being involuntarily sent to treatment but the staff here are very caring, the therapists were excellent and I made some of the best friends I've ever had. The school puts a lot of thought and care into each student's therapeutic and academic growth and has a strong focus on healing family systems. During my stay here, I matured a lot and became really grateful that my parents chose this place for me. Since graduating a few years ago, I think about this place nearly everyday with so much gratitude and would recommend this program to any parent with a struggling daughter... There IS hope and healing IS possible. Thank you SRA.
