I love that our counselors help us so much through the process of helping us choose our schedule and what’s best for us. They guide us through it thoroughly and it is great. The sports are great and our teachers are really informative, I have learned a lot through them. They know how to connect with students and the environment feels great. Our diversity is awesome, there is no racism nor bullying or anything of that. We love connecting with one another and showing others about our culture. Our staff are only really great and organized. Our principal is fantastic, I feel safe in that school and I feel supported!
Spring Creek is a great school! We are situated in a small little town called Seven Springs that has seen a lot of damage and change over the years due to all the recent hurricanes. However, because of this it has only made our community and students closer. Also, despite our smaller population we are still a force to be reckoned with in several sports including basketball, soccer (girls and boys teams) and baseball! Our school does seem to have a focus on agricultural due to where we are located, so if there was one change I would make to our school it would be to add more technology or trade based classes and more diverse clubs.
This is a relatively small school in a rural eastern North Carolina location. The teachers, staff and administration do an excellent job and provide secure classrooms that ensure the safety of all students. In a world of uncertainty this definitely eases the minds of parents who only want the best for their children. The facilities are in good shape overall, however there are some renovations underway. The student body is made of people from all walks of life and genuinely care for one another. A small area perk perhaps. The sports programs are extremely competitive and successful even though the population is limited. Booster club support for sports is fair but could be improved along with a bit more parental involvement working in concessions during the home games. Most parents work long hours and really don't have the time to volunteer but we make it work! All in all I would say I'm lucky to be a part of this community working together for the betterment of our kids.
