The overall best pat of my high school experience by far was the fine art program. Band, orchestra, choir, and drama at all amazing and felt like home. Aside from that the school spirit at football games and other sporting events were awesome! Curricular wise, I felt like I did get pretty good education and I had way more positive teachers than negative. Admin was always kind of meh except for fine arts admin who was great at his job and involved in the school! I wish admin did more about the problem with vaping and stuff in the bathrooms CONSTANTLY. But I think they gave up to be honest.
With construction parking always was a nightmare. I can’t wait to see the school refurbished as it definitely needs it. Overall I did have a good 4 years here!

My experience here was very unique here, but I'm mixed in how I feel about it. On one hand, the teachers are extremely nice and the students are very friendly. Academic-wise, there is an assortment of AP, honors, clubs, and CTAE classes available to take. However, the school itself is quite neglected. The facilities are never clean and often tend to break. Despite most students being friendly with each other, fights do occasionally break out among but they're pretty uncommon to encounter. And while I've liked most of my teachers, some were more skillful in teaching than others. Overall, Sprayberry is seen as a "lesser-than school" because of its "disadvantageous" image due to a lack of achievements in both sports and academic fields. And students here have no incentive to change that image and prefer leaning into it. However, high school is only as bad as you make it so putting aside all the negative parts and whatnot it's not really all that bad. Plus, it's getting remodeled soon.
My experience at my school has been mixed. On the academic side, Sprayberry can be extremely rigorous and prepare you well for university if you hold yourself accountable and take harder classes. However, you can also get by by taking classes that are too easy for you. I find that most students at my school take their coursework to either extremes: tons of AP and Honors classes, or none at all. As for the community, Sprayberry has a plethora of extracurricular and enrichment activities. Students are also welcome to start their clubs if they feel the need to. The school has pep rallies one to four times a semester and encourages students to participate in dress-up days during spirit weeks or football games. The only major concerns are that of drugs and vapes on campus. Most students are nice and polite, so it's also easy to make friends as well.
