There are some excellent teachers at the school and the extracurriculars we do have are fun, but the school needs to prioritize the students' needs over the teachers wants. Without the ability to take classes at Central New Mexico Community college, there is no college preparation or a clear path to go to a college in New Mexico. The school could still be a wonderful place in the future and already great if you want to finish High School ASAP or catch up, but people need to care enough to make it a place kids want to go to school where students have a community.

All in all it is a great school. Everyone gets to know every student. Online teaching at this school. My daughter met a lot of good people. Only thing we found to be difficult was that my daughter does not do well with online schooling. If you have a self disciplined child, this school is awesome. Another thing about this school is that there is no extra curricular activities like sports and music.
Poor leadership in administration. The online coursework is terrible (expects high school seniors to not know what the word "significant" means). Dual credit is the only way to survive high school, but then you are isolated. Some teachers are pretty great, though.
