My experience at southwest high school is quite nice! I enjoy my days at school, learning and communicating with others. Something I love about my school are the teachers. The teachers always have a smile on their faces and greet you when you walk by. The teachers are so understanding and kind. You can speak with certain teachers with the comfort of confidentiality. Some of the lovely teachers at southwest are open to connect with their students and build bonds. One thing I'd like to change about my School is the drama. Sure, every high school has drama but that doesn't mean there can't be a change. Change should be brought to the attention of the students. Everyone should come together to meet one another and interact. There should be peace and unity between everyone, its a very important lesson that has to be learned.

My high school years at Southwest Guilford has gone by fast but it was fun and challenging. I have made some mistakes and learned from them. I will treasure all the memories but the most memorable will be playing basketball my junior year, going undefeated and winning the 3A State Basketball Championship!
I have enjoyed my experience at Southwest Guilford High School. It has provided me with several opportunities through academics, athletics, leadership and student council. I have been able to learn a lot bout myself an my interests from attending Southwest. It has taught me about my passion to help the community by providing a Leadership Development course and Student Council. Not only has Southwest taught me about my self interests, but it has taught me about issues within my community and my school through hunger. I have become more aware of the local hunger issue and my school has made kind actions and organized events that raise awareness and money for those in need. Southwest Guilford High School has provided me with a lot of background knowledge that I will further carry into my future college and work place by exposing me to a variety of people and events to partake in.
