I have three children at Southlands. One in elementary, middle school, and high school. The quality of instruction and personalized attention my children receive is priceless. The teachers know how to mine the gold out of each student. There are over 20 AP courses my high school student can choose from and over 40 clubs to participate in. Wonderful teachers and staff who love the kids!
I went to Southlands Christian Schools for 12 years, starting in first grade. I truly loved my experience at Southlands. Each teacher is willing to go out of their way to help their students be successful. The teachers and faculty also try to form relationships with the students to help their development inside and outside of the classroom. I was able to play football, baseball, and basketball at Southlands, and every coach I had was more focused on building the character of their players rather than on wins and losses. Southlands really prepared me for college through challenging academics and the opportunity to take multiple AP classes. When it was time to apply to colleges, the advisors at Southlands helped me every step of the way. I would strongly recommend Southlands Christian Schools because they treat their students with compassion and it made me the person I am today.
I went to Southlands for three years from my sophomore year to my senior year. It is definitely a great place to go for school because all of the teachers there actually care about their student’s education and often times go out of their way to help the students understand the material. The administration and security also cares deeply about the students and wants to see them succeed not only in Pre-K-12th grade, but beyond. I also played baseball and basketball for Southlands and enjoyed playing for their teams because it was both competitive and built strong bonds with my teammates. Southlands also is exceptional at making new students feel welcome to their school. I’d strongly recommend going to this school.
