With many academic programs for students to choose from on the surface it gives a feel that learning & college readiness is the most important thing here, but sometimes that is not the case because there are some low performing teachers who exude unprofessionalism. Do not get me wrong there are many exceptional teachers. The school is disorganized and has been since my freshman year. The administration lacks proper communication with everyone. What I can say is that I have seen little to no bullying at SSICP & if there was the admin nips that in the bud quickly. I want to see this school get better, but the four years I have been here I have only seen it go further downhill. Also the schools definitely needs to improve their SAT & ACT readiness. LGBTQ, other cultures, other races, & religions/beliefs are definitely welcomed here! Sports & extracurriculars are also very present in the school. The lunch is good & the cafeteria workers are nice! The custodians are nice too!

What I like about South Shore Int is their
Are good courses that can help you with future jobs, for instance they have law, business, entrepreneurship, medical and JROTC. I like that when your doing good the school acknowledges it. What I wish I can see change is the fighting rate I feel that can change if they kick out the students who fight because if one person see another person fight and not get kicked out the next person fights because they know their won’t be consequences and they cycle continue.
With South Shore International's amazing international baccalaureate courses to not only challenge the students but also give them the experience of real time college courses, as well as the amazing hands on medical program. South Shore over all is the perfect high school experience for students who aim academically along with seeking their interests in art and sports. Students are able to retrieve colleges credits through the IB depolma program along with certifications for nursing opportunities right before graduating high school.
