South Hunterdon Regional Highschool is a small school with graduating classes of about 35-70 students. The school is a closely-knitted community with a fairly high white population. There are limited AP classes due to the size of the school and not very many sports are offered due to the school size as well. The clubs are small and very open to new members. The students, overall, are welcoming and openminded. There are rarely any accounts of bullying or major, life-threatening events. It is more likely that there is a black bear that saunters onto campus than a bomb threat. The school is small enough that any problems that may arise are caught quickly and dealt with accordingly.

South Hunterdon is extremely small, We have less than 500 students in all 7 grades. my graduating lass has less than 70 people, however I can easily say that growing up in such a small town with such small class sizes really allows you to connect with the teachers here. My PE teacher and soccer coach is one I am the closest with. South Hunterdon is full of close nit people, with tight connections every where you go.
I loved the connections you can have with teachers. As there are only 70 persons per grade, the connections you get are incredible. Also, since the school is so small bullying is held to a minimal. The problem with having a small school is the lack of diversity. They really only host track, baseball, basketball, football, and soccer for men. This is a bummer for me as I love a variety of other sports. There are few AP classes but the ones that are offered have an average of about a 4. something on the AP exam. They provide services so you are not stressed but enable you to be prepared for college. If they had more diversity, I would rate the SHRSH Eagles a solid 5/5.
