I have had a great experience at South Harrison High. The teachers care about the students' success and put that first. The students care about each other and everyone in the community has so much Hawk pride. We have an amazing community that came together during a pandemic to support the students and especially us seniors, and it is so appreciated.

It is overall an amazing school but just like every school there is a couple places where it doesn’t shine it’s brightest, but the culture is rich and historic. And the teachers are amazingly friendly and nice. Highly recommend going here because of the teachers and the great programs they have as extracurricular activities and clubs.
I started attending South Harrison High School my sophomore year in high school. It was a school that offered many opportunities for agricultural experiences. I want to pursue a degree in agricultural business and livestock management and South Harrison has prepared me for this path. I am active in the local chapter of FFA where I serve as the Vice President. I am also an active member for former President of our Livestock Association. I hope to continue serving the agricultural industry and expand my knowledge of the beef industry.
