What I liked about Somerset was its dedicated staff and its small class sizes which allowed for a more personalized approach to education with each student. In other words, the small class sizes provided teachers with the perfect opportunity to focus on each individual student’s needs and receive feedback on their method of teaching. What I didn’t like about Somerset was its limited educational/extracurricular programs which put hundreds of students at a disadvantage compared to regular public schools that offer their students a multitude of said programs from which to choose from. I personally believe they should consider implementing more programs in the near future if possible.

My overall experience of Somerset Academy Charter High is unlike it would be at any other school. I have many staff that I can confide in when the time is needed; in the past, there was an incident with a teacher and the staff in the office handled it accordingly and respectfully and were meaningful. The teachers make it easy to understand the material and are patient when it comes to some of the kids who do not pick up as fast as the other kids. All in all, Somerset provides opportunities that not many schools do along with helpful and understanding staff.
Somerset Academy Charter High school was a good school. At first it was a small school and overtime they created multiple buildings. In the school everyone practically knows everyone and they tend to be strict on the uniform policy. However, the teachers are good but, expect a lot of homework. And the students are well they do have clubs and form different events.
