The teachers at Somers are very passionate about what they do and are more than willing to help their students. My time at Somers High School prepared me extremely well for college life. Additionally, it is a great school community with lots of school spirit. The one thing that I would improve is the funding and support for the music programs.
There are many awesome teachers. Most of the teachers I had seemed to try to make the class comfortable for all students, and when we ask the questions, they explained us really neatly so that we can completely understand.
Personally, I did not have any tutor teacher, but I totally satisfy about my grade and understanding on curriculum I learned thank to teachers' supports.
