Probably the best school in the area with an amazing award winning band, football, and wrestling programs. The staff is amazing by making sure the students are engaged in different programs. And the teachers are even better by making themselves regularly available to help students after class or even after school hours. If you have the possiblity of going here I seriously encourage it! And make sure to be involved in some kind of program there is something for everyone

Soddy Daisy High School has definitely been experience. Although I did not attend all four years, I was still able to gather the values this school holds. They believe in helping students achieve success and they execute their plans with optimism. However, during my two years, I have not spoken or even met my principal. He appears as a decent guy that cares for others, but then how come there are some people who haven't had a conversation with him? As all other schools, the food is horrid. It is highly unedible and I advise anyone to not go near it, but that is not my school's fault, they could still advocate for better food.
What I like about Soddy Daisy High School is the fact that almost every teacher I have encounter was willingly wanting to help me succeed. Many of my teachers did care about other student's well being, including myself. While performing in the classroom, most were able to explain the criteria in a different way to help you and maybe someone else understanding the concept better. The only change I would like to see at the high school is the students taking better care of the facility. Many students just trash the parking lot, tear up equipment, or put things where they do not belong. As a senior, I hope my class is able to make a change to show the student body to care for your environment since this school is in your hometown, and you wouldn't trash your home.
