Smith Middle School Reviews

Smith Middle School encouraged a strong sense of responsibility in my character. Not only responsibility to do the right thing but the responsibility to take care of others to ultimately form a model environment in which everyone genuinely cares for each other. Smith Middle School was the first to expose me to such an environment which thus allowed me to carry these qualities into my high school years, and potentially for the rest of my life. The teachers and staff members are well suited to impose such qualities on their students through their constant support and selflessness, aside from their passion for teaching.

I’m an 8th Grader at Smith, and I love it. I would have given it 5 stars, but the teachers there are wayyyy to strict on dress code. Other than that, there are so many great teachers, who make you feel really good about yourself. Also, there are many opportunities such as sports or student council. Help is always provided, and it is overall a great school.
Smith middle school was a very fun school to go to, but there were some problems. The food was not very good and the faculty were challenging at times. There were some instances where student safety was jeopardized and some kids did drugs at the school. Nevertheless, most of the teachers were very nice and friendly and the workload was not too much. The eighth grade classes did a lot so that the jump to high school was not too stressful on us.
