We have had 2 children graduate from Silver Creek High School (class of 2018 and class of 2020) and our youngest will be starting next year. We have been very satisfied with almost every teacher our students have had and have been impressed with the wide range of opportunities the school affords its students. Between both of our children who have attended Silver Creek, we have been involved in just about every department; math, language arts, foreign languages, hard sciences, numerous AP and honors classes, music, fine arts, swimming, track and cross country, S.C.Leadership Academy and National Honor Society to name a few. We are proud parents of Silver Creek graduates and would recommend the school to anyone. Our older two children were very well prepared for college and have ended up at elite colleges on each coast They thrived academically and socially at Silver Creek and I expect our 3rd will, too.

Like any senior, I am guilty of sometimes complaining about school. However, I truly feel lucky to be a part of Silver Creek. In particular, this school has an incredibly supportive staff and administration. When I was having a tough start to senior year, my teachers made accommodations to make things manageable for me, while also balancing my mental health. Whenever I would have a bad day, I could go down to the counseling office and talk with our interventionist or any counselors who were available. If counselors were busy, the front office staff would talk with me and always be so invested in what was going on in my life, especially when it came to college news. This sense of support made Silver Creek a safe place for me to be. Overall, Silver Creek is such a supportive, encouraging, enriching environment that makes school an exciting place to be. I really would tell anyone who didn't attend Silver Creek: “Should've been a Raptor OOH-AH-AH!”
Some teachers don’t have a clear understanding of student’s lives, and can easily overload a class with work. Overall, many teachers try to understand and lessen their workload during times where some teachers may do the opposite. They are funny and can connect well with students. Teachers teach well, and most students also keep the school a good environment. Although, it would be nice if there was more money to support athletics that aren’t football or boy’s basketball.
