The school is small, and the teachers get to know their students well. The high school had gotten a grant and had upgraded things that were original to the school. The students are all good friends and everyone has each others backs. The school and community supports the athletics, but I feel they need to help fun and support the music program and other extracurricular activities. The teachers are very concerned about the students well being and their grades. I wouldnt want any other high school experience, the teachers are great and so are the students! No Sheridan high school is not perfect; but I would not want any other school to be apart of.

Sheridan does its best to educate its students, unfortunately the majority of the student body does not have the motivation or the drive to care about school. The class selection is okay and somewhat diverse for the student body. Overall Sheridan is an average school with many students who don't care about their education.
It's a relatively half and half for students being involved in school activities. There is next to no ethnic/racial diversity and there is some members of the LGBTQ+ community and a recent Gay-Straight Alliance. There is okay acceptance of LGB people from the student body and some from faculty, but the Transgender acceptance is lower and there is little understanding/resources/support from staff. It's a town full of white kids who are either "country" or they think they're gangster.
