Shelby was a great school . I really enjoyed the years I spent there and the relationships I formed there. I truly found the education informing and enriching. The food delicious and nourishing. The camaraderie and school spirit refreshing. The administration stern but encouraging. An excellent school all around. I miss it sometimes!

There are many great things about Shelby High, the teachers are kind and helpful, the food is pretty good, the campus isn't too big so it isn't hard to find your classes, the sports programs are excellent, the foreign language department is great, and the preforming arts and music programs are outstanding! They also offer many opportunities to get connected to colleges by taking students to a college fair every year, they also offer financial aid for everything from lunch to the SAT, they even help with the college application process. It's a very diverse school and it allows students to meet and make friends with people they usually wouldn't talk to. I honestly believe that there is something for everyone at Shelby High.
Shelby High overall is a decent school to attend. Besides the usual high school drama, my day's at Shelby were pretty laid-back, but also structured. There are great teachers, while there are also terrible teachers. Students there are very social and are open to building new relationships with other student. They have a very diverse community, with many clubs, and activites for all. I would not recommend their food.
