I personally liked everything for the most part, the dress code promotes students to be well-dressed, look nice, and make the most out of their appearance every day. There was never a fight to be seen, bullying to witness, nor any form of misconduct. Teachers and administrators were always at your disposal and ready to help. There is a lot of social or extracurricular activities to participate and compete in. There are pep rallies, social events, and you can honestly see the effort from the superintendents to reunite the students after living a pandemic. I love the environment and the Sharyland community, and I will forever miss that high school
For a school that only opened a handful of years back, it was an amazing experience. From crazy football games to phenomenal band performances and my personal favorite, UIL academics, Pioneer really lives up to its name. While we're a young school, you can be sure that we'll only get better each and every year. Go Diamondbacks!
The school has a very welcoming and energetic environment. At pioneer you can see many different types of people coming together to learn and better themselves. The school has many wonderful options for students wanting to get college hours. It also has an amazing health science department. The teachers in that department are very caring and knowledgeable. This is what helped me to get my medical assistant certification and pharmacy technician certification. They are teachers who are passionate about what they do. It is extremely helpful that they have worked in the medical field as nurses.
