I liked the teachers for the most part, and the 3 year experience was very fun. I got very involved with the basketball team at Shahala, and I met a ton of new friends during the 3 years I went there, that I still keep in contact with today.

I have never personally experienced bullying but I know it happens to my friends about their Sexual Orientation. One of them has been told that he can not record bullying being done to him because they don't have permission from the bully and the bully's parent. There are also Homophobic teachers telling their students (whom quite a few were not straight) that it was a sin causing a close friend to burst into tears. Nothing ended up happening to her.
All the teachers I've had were great. They taught me a lot and prepared me well for high school. They were all very knowledgeable in the subject they taught. They made learning really fun and I really enjoyed having them as my teachers.
