I've had a very good experience at Shadow Ridge High School. From Freshmen the Senior year, I've had teachers who've cared about me as a student, and as a person. The teachers are interactive and there's a good atmosphere overall. Of course it's not perfect, it could always use more funding among other things, but all in all, Shadow Ridge has been great!

To be honest when I first came to this school I was very reluctant to go here as I originally wanted to go to Arbor View. I'm actually glad I came to this school, and happy I didn't go to Arbor. Here at shadow coming in as a freshman I was scared, but the welcoming and kind spirit that the students had and showed brought me hope. I've never seen a school with such determined staff and students. There are so many kind faces here. There are so many amazing teachers here too! I thought I would have the meanest of teachers but I have the nicest ever! My teachers especially my P.E. teacher and French teacher are so kind! This school genuinely make me happy, which was something I never really experienced at any other school, thanks to the great staff, students, and principal. I'm glad to be a mustang!
The overall experience with Shadow Ridge High School is amazing. This school is definitely built around the academics and care for the students. Shadow Ridge has amazing teachers who will definitely teach you life skills and college skills. I think the school spirit is one thing that Shadow Ridge has always shown pride in, especially at sporting events. I believe that one thing Shadow Ridge can do better is take more care into the food status and facilities. Our food at shadow Ridge is not the best and it would definitely impact the students with healthier options.
