It was okay, the best parts were the teachers who actually cared about the students and their well being. They made sure that we had accommodations for our learning and put us before the religion of the school. I understand the school is religious, however, it was often put above the students well being. The worst part was mentioned before and the fact that Admin doesn't know the students at all, we know them form events and that's it. Admin doesn't care about the students, only the money, religion, and image. They also don't keep up with the times of technology rather telling us it is not allowed yet our best resource. Overall, some teachers were amazing and some were absolutely awful, Admin does not deserve credit (except for the receptionist she was an angel and ran all attendance and was extremely kind), and the education was overall meh. An extra example of admin, the principal didn't even know the seniors names at award ceremonies or graduation and continually got them wrong.
I will be a junior at Seton Catholic Prep this year. It has been an incredible experience and I am SO GRATEFUL to spend my high school years at this wonderful school! Seton provides great academic support, athletic and extra-curricular opportunities, scholarship opportunities, opportunities to grow in faith, and so much more. I love Seton’s family feel and amazing community students, teachers, and staff. I feel so supported like I am at home! The people I have met through Seton have really helped me to grow in my faith as well. Additionally, I feel very prepared for college and anything else I may do in my life. Thank you to Seton for the amazing experience!
Seton Catholic Prep has really helped me to grow in my passions and talents. I’m really involved in fine arts at Seton, and I absolutely love the experiences and memories it has given me. I love being a part of the theatre productions each year. Even during the pandemic, we were still able to produce two high quality virtual fine arts performances. Students had the opportunity to work on these shows, and I even got to be a film editor on the shows. Being a part of theatre productions and fine arts performances is the highlight of my Sentinel experience!
