Alum: The teachers are there because the truly want to help all the kids who walk through their school doors. They are passionate about what they teach and do. The art teachers especially go out of thier way to know thier students as individuals and constantly encourage you to thrive as both an individual and a student. L-S provides excellent academics along with a vast variety of ways to get involved inside and outside of school. I highly recommend this school!

Parent: Our son is currently in the 2nd grade. He has been at the school for two years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The enthusiasm of the teachers, who are truly experts in the subjects they teach, is infectious. They consistently set high standards for all students at every stage of their academic career. This is a school that prioritizes academics and the students themselves; it is targeted to students with intellectual curiosity and a strong work ethic. We are very happy here!

Penn Manor High School
104 Best Public High Schools in Pennsylvania
- Penn Manor School District, PA
Senior: Penn Manor is a school with a highly polarized student culture, but it has solid academic programs for everyone. The teachers in rigorous AP classes are experienced and more than capable of preparing students for their AP tests. For students looking at another path, Penn Manor HS offers a fantastic agricultural program. Students can attend HACC during the school day, which offers a true college experience. Since the school is also right next to Millersville University, accelerated students can be dual enrolled in high-level math courses. While the football team isn't very good, Penn Manor High School excels academically... and so does the field hockey team.
