Whitefish Bay High School
1 Best Public High Schools in Wisconsin
- School District of Whitefish Bay, WI
Senior: Whitefish Bay is a college preparatory high school that really prepares its students through rigorous academic classes. However, it’s academics are not it’s only highlight. The music department produces beautiful department concerts, the art department produces artists whose art is auctioned off locally, yearly, and the athletics contain nationally ranked athletes as well as teams. Overall Whitefish Bay High school is a great place to learn, develop, and enjoy high school!

Senior: Wayland is a great experience for all students! The student body is less than 200 students and about half of the students are international. Overall, there are students from 32 different countries, which makes this school very diverse compared to all the public schools and many other boarding schools in the nation.
The Academy becomes strict when it comes to academics; They treat the school as if it were a college. The average class size is 14 students per class. With the class size being very small, there is more 1 on 1 times with the teacher during or outside of class.
Although athletics might not be the best, it is good for students to be able to get lots of playing time on the field or court, even though they are not a star player. There are also many clubs and other activities outside of athletics.
Overall, I think Wayland is a great school and I definitely recommend it!
