St. Clairsville High School
- St. Clairsville-Richland City School District, OH
High School Senior: I have had excellent teachers who encourage the students to excel in their academics. The teachers care about the students and give them extra help in studies when needed. My favorite experience has been making the cheerleading team in 7th grade. I am the only remaining cheerleader to have cheered through to my senior. I made the Cheering Competition Team my Freshman year and have been a member ever since. Since I have been on the team we have been OVAC's Champions and OASSA Champions in (2013, 2014, 2015) and are expecting to win 2016. We are Buckeye 8 Champions (2013 and 2014) being the only two years we competed in that competition. Resolution Honoring the St. Clairsville HS "Red Devils" Cheerleaders (2013, 2014,2015). I received an Achievement Award for OASSA, OVAC, and Buckeye 8 (2013, 2014, 2015). What makes our school unique is our sports programs. Everyone that plays a sport has high pride in being a "Red Devil". Our sports programs excels every year more and more. If I could do it all over again I would chose to go St. Clairsville High School because of the great teachers and student body. There is no other school that has as much school spirt as ours have.

Parent: St. Rita is family. St. Rita is home. There is a genuine sense of community in and around St. Rita. Of course, the academics and the teachers are outstanding. Our 8th grade students are not only accepted to all of the top area high schools, but they go on to be leaders in the classroom and beyond. Just as importantly there is a strong emphasis on faith formation. The kids that go to St. Rita are not just good students - they are good people. Friendships are formed between and among the students and the parents that last a lifetime. St. Rita truly is family. St. Rita is home.
