Roanoke Catholic School
- Private School
- Roanoke, VA
- PK, K-12
Senior: Roanoke Catholic is a school that teaches students belong the classroom and prepares them for either college. In the past years, 100 percent of Catholic seniors have attended college and this year the seniors have received over 2.5 million in scholarships. I started Roanoke Catholic two years ago and it was a big change coming from public school. In public schools you could slide by without doing your homework, but at Roanoke Catholic all work is required and graded as a test grade. Roanoke Catholic does not let you fall through the cracks. I also must say the food is outstanding!!
One thing I really did not like were the uniforms. In public school you basically wore what you want, but not in private school. My first year the gentlemen had to wear a shirt and tie during the winter and in the summer a polo shirt with the school’s logo and khaki pants or shorts. This year they changed the dress code to where gentlemen could wear the polo shirt and khaki pants all year around.

White Hall High School
- White Hall School District, AR
Senior: White Hall High School is a very competitive school. Students are always in the Bulldog spirit and always try to maintain a positive attitude around the school. The diversity is seen in the school with different cultures joining the school. The school also has courses that prepare students for college like AP classes. The teachers have a unique style of teaching which helps students learn better in that one subject. Parent involvement is always a need in our school; we love getting parents involved in community-based activities. There are also many clubs that students can join to show their leadership skills. The food at our school is decent; it does not have everything that someone may like, but the lunch ladies try their best to make the food as good as possible. All in all, the school itself is a great school for students to learn and gain knowledge for college.

Watson Chapel High School
- Watson Chapel School District, AR
Senior: It was an overall good experience to attend Watson Chapel High School. I liked the different classes that were offered for students of different skill levels and of different interests. What I would like to see changed is to implement a class about life outside of the classroom, helping others, and becoming the best "YOU" that you can be.

Dollarway High School
- Dollarway School District, AR
Senior: My experience at Dollarway was fantastic, I enjoyed every moment and day at Dollarway High School. It feels good being at a school that cares and teaches you many things. But, what I mostly loved about Dollarway is that it's a high school a like no other, it truly and all ways will feel like home.
