Parent: Homestead HIgh school is an excellent school which offers many extracurricular opportunities for students from an excellent athletics department to band, choir, and countless clubs and organizations for all interests and abilities. The football, baseball, softball, basketball, and tennis facilities are all updated. The academics are excellent and there are many dual credit and AP options. Homestead high places a large emphasis on college preparation and offers many informational sessions for students and parents to learn about how to best position themselves for success in college. There are also many trade specific options such as Anthis which includes automotive, plumbing, and electrical experience. The school is currently under renovation and includes multiple gyms, athletic facilities, state of the art theater, modernized classrooms and cafeteria and is centrally located in southwest allen county near the YMCA and middle school.
