Parent: In would like to see more sport activities for the younger kids. Like basketball and cheerleading for the school. The kids have to wait til they r in 5th grade to play basketball. There is no school cheerleading at all. My daughter would like to do cheerleading and as of now I would have to pay and outside source for this. Senior: Ada has a lot of tradition and I love it. I get to be in the Ada Band and we always hold a lot of the tradition of Ada High School and even the town. Every football game in the fourth quarter, we would play a tune called Light Up which was a get-up and dance around each other songs to get the cougars to win the game. Oh, how I love it. Teachers are also a great part. I always received a lot of help on my work because the teachers cared about me and my grades and were willing to help me get through. I always struggled in school because me falling into a deep state of depression in my early years of school and it made me struggle with learning new things and it has affected me through my later years but I get the help I need and it has helped me improved. I hope later in life I can have my kids go to Ada because of the amazing things they do in the school and just how fascinating all the programs are. Middle School Student: I love Byng. I transfer from Latta to Byng because they had a lot of opportunities to do than Latta. When I started to go to Byng my grades went all up. When I was at Latta my grades were almost to c's and that wasn't good because they weren't teaching me right. At Byng it feels the teachers work with us and stays on the same subject for a couple of days and if you need help, you can just ask and they will help you. The teachers at Byng are really nice and sweet. Byng has every sport except football. We have this sport called trotters and it is fun you get to learn skills with basketballs.... Read 3 reviews

Senior: Byng is a very friendly and accepting place. There are cliques, but that’s to be expected in any high school. If you are new, you’re bound to find a friend quickly. The Student Council even has a New Student Luncheon at the beginning of every year! Almost every teacher is fantastic! There is one guy who teaches three different sciences and let me tell you, he is fantastic. There’s also a woman who teaches three different math classes and she couldn’t be better. All the core class teachers can’t be beat. there’s a teacher who does three of the arts who’s kinda sketchy but if you’re one of her favorites you’ll be fine. Other than that Byng is spectacular. Senior: I enjoy the staff, and all the students at the school. Teachers are very good teachers and you learn important and valuable skills you will need later on in life. All of the athletic coaches are super nice and have very good coaching methods and knowledge. Everyone in the school supports each other no matter what club you’re in or what sport you play or whatever you participate in, everyone supports you thus making stonewall a great learning environment. The lunches at stonewall are pretty good and they have a nice salad bar stocked with other vegetables and fruit you might want. As a junior you take a college readiness course and it will show and teach you all the things you need to get ready for college. Stonewall is a very safe place, especially since the school board takes the student’s safety very seriously. Senior: I have went to Vanoss School for a very long time. It has changed a lot in former years, and ultimately for the best. They have an incredible campus with beautiful flowers, a coy pond, and decorated halls. The students are proud of their school and show great school spirit. The faculty and administration show great work ethic in their school. However, clubs and sport lack variety. There are very few options for either including only basketball, baseball, softball, and cheer as options. It's a great school, it just needs a little more variety.... Read 37 reviews

Senior: Roff High School will always be home to me. Everyone here is welcoming and super friendly. It is definitely a small school but everyone here gets along. Both of our academic and sports programs do very well each year. We do not have much diversity but there is some. I believe that our teachers do their absolute best in getting us ready for college. I am glad that I have been able to grow up in this town and with this school. For the most part, whatever friends you make in this school, you are likely to keep for the rest of your life.
