Alum: McKinleyville Middle School is an above average institution. When I attended, the new California state testing was being tested, and so there was some chaos created from that. I particularly enjoyed woodshop (the teacher has since retired), Spanish, and Maths. In 8th grade physical science, I felt that I wasn't learning anything at the time, but found that Chemistry in high school was mostly just a repeat of that class! There are many annoying students, but the school is big enough that one can find a great group if one tries.

Senior: I loved all my 4 years here at Eureka High, I've developed new skills and learned many new things about myself. I've also built very strong friendships with not only my peers but also my teachers and counselors. Eureka High makes your high school experience worthy and fun. My teachers and counselors here have been a great help not only for my senior year but also my 4 years here, they've helped me stay on track with all of my A-G requirements in order to fulfill my dreams of attending college after high school. Eureka High feels like home. Once a Logger, always a Logger! Go Logs!

Hoopa Valley High School
- Klamath-Trinity Joint Unified School District, CA
- 28 reviews
Senior: I like Hoopa Valley High School because it’s a reservation school with natives so I grew up with everyone since preschool, Hoopa is not like any other small towns we may have opinions and disagreements but we all come together to protect and protest against what we know is not right. If I could change anything about this High school it would be to have more clubs and have more money to be able to get new things such as equipment for PE class, more equipment for our science class and new gear for every sport because the players are having to pay out of their own pockets to pay to play a sport.

Alum: Monument Middle School has a good community of teachers who do their best to help you succeed. The students are very close, and the school has a large number of activities for the students to participate in. The school does a lot of fun things for the students, as well as giving them a good education along with the fun. The classrooms are of good size, and the items the students use are in good condition. The teachers help the students to achieve their goals, and they give the students many important books, lessons, and studies to read and observe.
