Senior: Though my experience at Ocean City High School is not over, I'm proud to say I went here. The faculty and teachers are so nice, helpful and really show they care and want the best for you. While the education and sports programs are fantastic, I wish they would put more money into the arts, for example, marching band or drama guild. Being a member of the marching band, I saw first hand how we were pushed to the side so the spotlight could be on the sports teams. While our sports teams are exceptional, there seems to be a lack of school spirit in Ocean City. It saddens me to see students from other schools posting on social media about spirit weeks before dances, and while we have spirit weeks, almost no one participates. However, students get excited for Friday's football games and the student turnout is always nice to see. Overall, I believe Ocean City is a nice school in a nice, quiet area and every student should be proud to say they attended Ocean City High School.

Senior: I had a pretty great experience while attending here. I was able to create a lot of friends and acquaintances who I can rely on if something goes wrong in my life in and out of school that is. The teachers are like close friends as well. They are friendly towards me, maybe because I try to be an excellent student at times, I could've done better. The teachers taught me a lot to do well in and out of school. They'll listen to even the quietest people or the most unusual situations and give advice to them. The staff/faculty is overall great because they're friendly to get along with and really supportive. A few things that I wish would change is the involvement within the school. There isn't much school spirit/club or community involvement and I hope there'll be an increment after my departure. I wasn't fully involved but after giving it a try, it was really fun and helped improved me in a variety of ways.
