Senior: Aside from Covid causing some unexpected twists and turns, I have loved my experience at Indiana Academy. It truly allowed me an opportunity to experience life away from home prior to leaving for college. The professors have been fantastic and I would recommend this school to anyone. It offers a far more challenging educational experience than I could have ever gotten at my traditional high school. Best decision I ever made!

Wapahani High School
#4 Best Public High Schools in Delaware County
- Liberty-Perry Community School Corporation, IN
- Rating 3.99 out of 5 78 reviews
Senior: I am currently a senior at Wapahani High School and I have attended school at this corporation since kindergarten. I love that our school has amazing sports teams and provides great competition and opportunities. Many of our teams have participated in state events. I also love that we have such a close-knit family-like school structure that allows us to come together and help each other when needed. I enjoy our clubs and music/arts programs. I also appreciate our teachers/staff because they provide us students with good resources. I am also thankful that we have the technology and spaces for entertainment/studying. We are also very protected while attending school because of our resource officer. However, I would like to see Wapahani have more diversity. We don’t have much culture in our community because it is heavily Caucasian based. Other than that, I think Wapahani is an amazing school that provides students with everything they need and more. I have enjoyed my time at Wapahani.

Wes-Del Middle/Senior High School
- Wes-Del Community Schools, IN
- Rating 4.17 out of 5 23 reviews
Senior: My experience at Wes-Del has pros and cons. I have been attending Wes-Del community schools since kindergarten and I’m now a senior. It is a small school with around three hundred people in the high school so it is easy to become close with all of the students, teachers, and administrators which helps involvement and personal relationships. However, with being a small school I feel that there is limited resources. We don’t always have the best of the best when it comes to education because we are such a small school. We lack resources in furthering learning and academics. Overall, I’ve enojoyed my experience being a Wes-Del Warrior but it has its pros and cons.

Cowan High School
- Cowan Community School Corporation, IN
- Rating 3.42 out of 5 33 reviews
Senior: I love Cowan! I've been going there for my entire life, and it's always been a really great school. It's small, so everyone knows everyone, and you usually can get good one-on-one instruction with teachers. I feel we have a really welcoming environment as well. I would like to see the school (at least the high school) eradicate the use of AR testing, as it is everything but beneficial to the students, but I don't have enough characters to write the dissertation that it'd require. There is a wide variety of sports and other extracurricular activities, too. We also have some dual credit and AP classes that have amazing teachers, as I've had experience in the majority of those classes. The majority of our teachers are also very hard-working and they really care about the students. Since I'll be graduating soon, I've been thinking about if I had been at another school, and I am really happy I had the opportunity to be at Cowan.

Muncie Central High School
- Muncie Community Schools, IN
- Rating 3.49 out of 5 168 reviews
Junior: I thoroughly enjoying my time as a Bearcat! The classes are rigorous and I am an AP student. The teachers and administration work hard at making sure the students have a safe and comfortable learning environment. Classes are done online and each student receives a chromebook. The only downside is that some kids ruin the learning experience by being disruptive. Other than that, great school that is put in a negative light.
