Alum: Overall I had a great time when I transferred to Clarksburg High School. The curriculum had different difficulty levels which allowed you to really be able to learn and challenge yourself more. There was a lot of diversity which I always love to see, and it wasn’t overcrowded. Most of the teachers were helpful with the exception of a few. There were a decent amount of activities to take place in. Another thing I approved of was how clean the school was.
This year I’m enrolled in Montgomery College and am taking courses online. It’s not as much fun because I’m not in the same learning environment. There are many different classes offered once you get past the general ones. It is still diverse in this college, which is great! The professors are professional and helpful. However, during this pandemic there isn’t as much to do.
Overall I have had a very good experience with Montgomery County schools and would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering joining them!
