Junior: My overall experience with Bickleton School District was pretty good. The school district has excellent teachers who work diligently to prepare students like me for the future that lies ahead of us. From what I've seen from other schools our school has a pretty good education program. The only thing I don't personally like about Bickleton is the fact that there isn't a lot of motivation for the students, at least in grades 7-12. Students aren't very ongoing and diligent. However, overall I give this school a rating of 4 out of 5 stars because it has a great education program and I think that matters the most. The administration, teachers, school board, etc. really do work diligently and meticulously to make all of the students into better people; they also help us prepare and plan for the future.Read 1 Review

Senior: I have been going to Wishkah School since Kindergarten and have loved my experience there. All the teachers are super friendly and will go the extra mile to help you pass. I have had a very small class size my whole time at Wishkah and it has been very helpful, the teachers can help you more one on one. The things I would like to see change is the younger kids to have more respect for the teachers and the school property it's self.Read 3 Reviews

There are few advanced classes, or career specialized classes that push students to their full potential. Niche User: I liked the fact that it is a K-12 school! The cultural diversity is very interesting. The sports activities could be better or could just add more sports to the school. My many years at this school I really enjoyed the breakfast and lunches, they had an awesome cook in the kitchen. I really liked the teachers at this school, they were all friendly and caring. The school building itself is in great shape, i personally loved the gym. It is a fairly big school for the amount of students attending. They should have more activities for the families. Senior: Touchet School District gave me opportunities in leadership that I may not have had in other school districts. Touchet is a small rural district and we were kids that were able to stay in school together from Kindergarten through High school. It provided a unique family like schooling experience. I had some challenges with my learning at times, and because of the teachers there, they championed me to overcome them and be a leader in school. I was able to be the senior captain of the football team, attend HOBY leadership school, Homecoming King and class treasurer. I had a great experience at this school.Read 1 Review
Alum: I very much enjoyed taking college credited classes offered. It has helped me prepare myself for college. The teachers and staff are very caring and friendly. Their avid program has helped me with college readiness and some important life skills. I was greatly fond of the activities and experiences I had while attending Pateros High School. Pateros High School is different than other high schools but in its unique way, I gained experiences I wouldn't at other schools. Junior: My overall experience in the Richland school district has been good. I have had my share of bad teachers but the good teachers are more frequent. The programs and classes at my school allow people to get a lot of experience and knowledge. The administrators are all awesome! They have each student in their best interest. My counselor has hundreds of students and she’s memorized all of our names and knows most everyone personally. The principles and top administrators are all great people who work hard for the students. The culture of my high school is above average in quality. Alum: I grew up in the Cashmere School District my whole life. I went through all the Cashmere Schools and I participated in as much in school and out of school as possible. I was a three-sport athlete for the majority of my time in school and I also was extremely involved in clubs and extracurricular activities in my community. For all of my time spent in the Cashmere School District, there was never one time where I felt like I didn’t have an entire community of people on my side and willing to support me through whatever I needed. A lot of people would say that it's too small of a town and that there's no privacy, but that is what helped shape our town into the supportive, caring, and excellent town that it is. Senior: Growing up in Curlew gave me confidence, I play sports, perform in plays, and I'm in many other clubs. I'm able to speak my mind and not be judge I have a good relationship with my classmates we all encourage each other to become better people, my teachers do the same. Middle School Student: The safety at all three schools is of the charts. I’ve been attending the dieringer school district for 9 years now and I’ve never seen a fight or even a student bicker with a teacher. The schools are well funded have A LOT of clubs they keep students active and the transportation (busses) are all new and comfy. Lastly the best part about this school district is the teachers. They simply care. They know each and every student, try to make everyone feel welcome, attend community events, support the students, and it feels like I attend a private school. The academics are so advanced that every single student who graduates from the 8th grade has completed 9th grade math, some having completed 10th (which has trigonometry! in middle school!). And because of dieringer not having a high school the students get to pick any in WA state.Read 5 Reviews
Senior: Trout Lake School District is a beautiful place! Contained in a small valley with views of Mt. Adams to the north and Mt. Hood to the south Trout Lake is a very amazing town. The school district is on top of things and makes sure that each child residing here gets the best quality of education. Whether this is through preschool, elementary school, middle school, high school, and even home school all kids in the district are receiving a quality education. The school district is also very involved in many different community events including the annual Trout Lake Run and Holiday Bizarre. Parent: I like how at my school it's so small that everyone knows everyone so we are pretty much like a big family. It makes me feel more comfortable knowing that I can pretty much count on anyone there. I also love how we can have we are so small we can have a really good relationship with our teachers because of how small it is. Junior: Pomeroy High School is a very good school, some flaws, but overall very good. The facility is really clean and modern with some energy saving installments included. They take safety very seriously and make sure to establish what to do in case of an emergency. Sports are very important to the school and they have well experienced coaches that train the kids well. Overall, I believe the school could use a lot more diversity and clubs for kids to join. It seems as though sports really is the only thing you can do there other than join FFA and FBLA. The teachers are very kind and the small classes allow you to connect with the teachers easily, as well as get any help you need.Read 4 Reviews
Junior: I grew up in the district and have never felt like my education was lacking in any areas! The new high school has been wonderful and the opportunities we get with our facilities are more enriching than they have been at the old junior high, high school, and middle schools. However, I've always noticed Tahoma has an issue with overcrowded classrooms, it was a problem when I was in elementary and it is now. Parent: My children have very different personalities, along with different social-emotional needs and challenges. Evergreen knows each kid quite well. Each time we hit a rough patch, there was dialogue and teamwork with the faculty and counselors, which I really appreciated. The older students set their own goals and run their own parent conferences. Kids using powerpoint! But in all seriousness, this self-reflection and ownership seems like excellent preparation for a future of independent learning. Oh yeah, and the BIG Lab, a high-tech makerspace, is amazing. Senior: I like the atmosphere of this school very much. Both the teachers and officers are very enthusiastic. They will help me with patient if I encounter any problem in study or life. The type of courses is also very rich, which can meet my various needs. The classroom environment is very good, the number of students in one class is not much, therefore the teacher can take care of each student's learning state.
