Alum: small town, small school. graduated in 2015 with 9 other students. I loved high school. being that we were a small school we got to have lots of opportunities others wouldn't have in bigger schools. there were school wide trips to NYC 2 or 3 times and a couple with just the chorus to NYC to broadway. i attended a outdoor club trip to Puerto Rico with five other students and three teachers. I love it and I miss it.

High School Senior: This school is part of my family, this school is my family. My great-grandfather went here as the part of the Class of 1939. My parents both went here. Although, Margaretville is small it is mighty. It is special. My parents went around the world before they came back to the town they grew up in to raise me. After I finish college and medical school, who knows perhaps I will do the same. There is something about living in a small town, that gives you a sense of unity with the community. A sense of love, respect and compassion, that you do not traditionally see in suburban and urban areas.
