Parent: My children attended a public school system with a great reputation for K-8. However, Lake Ridge puts it to shame. The entire environment is truly focused on creating critical thinkers and life-long learners. Teachers push the students hard, but not so hard that it's overwhelming, and they get to know each student as an individual, meeting their specific needs. My only regret is not sending my kids there earlier!
